She’s got the creative chops to turn your inspo board into real life, and the kind of energy that melts the stress right off your shoulders the second you sit in her chair.
Alexi
Meet Alexi, our Creative Director — a full-blown powerhouse with scissors sharper than his wit, and a vibe that says “icon” before he even picks up the brush. Trained in high-end, boutique salons and seasoned under the watchful eyes of national legends from Schwarzkopf and Wella, Alexi isn’t just a hairstylist—he’s a one-man glam squad with a résumé that snaps. Blonde and Balayage specialist? Check. Vivid Colour sorcerer? Absolutely. Curl whisperer, educator, barber, and official tester of unreleased curl magic for LOHY? Babe, the receipts speak for themselves.
Piper
Meet Piper—senior stylist and certified hair sorceress long before that. Her hair journey kicked off in the most iconic way possible: snatching her mum’s kitchen scissors to give Barbie some seriously dramatic makeovers. (Apologies still pending, Mum.) Fast forward to today, and Piper is obsessed with the transformative power of a great cut and colour. She lives for that moment when someone sees themselves in the mirror and feels it—confident, radiant, and totally in their element.
Monique
Meet Monique — Our Apprentice Hairdresser Who Does Everything. Monique didn’t just dip her toes into the beauty world — she cannonballed straight in. With a Cert III in Beauty Services and her own home-based beauty biz (think spray tans, waxing, nails, lashes… the whole glam buffet), she’s already a powerhouse before you even get her behind the chair. Now she’s levelling up as our Apprentice Hairdresser, ready to master colour, cuts and everything in between. She’s obsessed with learning, loves making clients feel hot, and will absolutely hype you up while she’s doing it.
MONI
Moni’s hair journey started in July 2025, and while she may be new to the industry, she’s already bringing her own quiet little brand of creativity to the salon. At first, Moni comes across as shy, timid and maybe even a little mysterious. But once she’s comfortable? Good luck getting a word in. Underneath the quiet exterior is a motivated, alternative soul who loves metal, rock music, concerts, movies and anything that lets people express who they really are.
PHIN
Phin, short for Seraphim, may be 4 foot 11, but do not let the height fool you. On the rugby pitch, she’s earned herself the nickname “angry midget,” and honestly, we’re not brave enough to argue with her. Originally from London, with a chapter in Ireland before recently making the move to Australia, Phin brings a whole lot of personality, experience and caffeine to the salon. Most days, you’ll find her with a coffee in hand, singing along to something, and somehow managing to be both tiny and terrifyingly in charge.
