Meet Monique 

Monique didn’t just decide to work in the beauty industry… she pretty much collected every beauty skill she could get her hands on.

With a Cert III in Beauty Services and her own beauty business already under her belt, she’s spent years helping people feel their best through spray tans, waxing, nails and lashes. Now she’s taking on the hair world too, because apparently having one talent wasn’t enough.

As our apprentice hairdresser, she’s throwing herself into all things colour, cutting and styling, soaking up every bit of knowledge she can while making clients feel right at home in her chair.

Outside the salon, you’ll find her with friends, on a dance floor somewhere, or hiding away with a good book and pretending she isn’t the social one of the group.

She’s funny, hardworking, always up for a challenge and fits right into our weird little salon family. And honestly? We couldn’t imagine The Collective without her.
