MEET MONI

Moni’s hair journey started in July 2025, and while she may be new to the industry, she’s already bringing her own quiet little brand of creativity to the salon.

At first, Moni comes across as shy, timid and maybe even a little mysterious. But once she’s comfortable? Good luck getting a word in. Underneath the quiet exterior is a motivated, alternative soul who loves metal, rock music, concerts, movies and anything that lets people express who they really are.

As an emerging stylist, Moni is currently soaking up everything she can about colour, cutting and styling. She’s especially drawn to vivids — bold, unapologetic colour that makes a statement and gives hair its own personality. Think less “blend in” and more “turn the volume up.”

Right now, she’s focused on building her confidence behind the chair and perfecting her cutting techniques by the end of the year. She’s hardworking, curious and always pushing herself to grow, even if she does it in the quietest way possible.

Outside the salon, you’ll probably find her at a concert, at the movies, listening to something loud, or adding to her ever-growing collection of cow-themed treasures. Cow bag? Obviously. Cow posters? Absolutely. If it has a cow on it, there’s a very good chance Moni wants it.

She’s shy until she isn’t, alternative to her core, quietly motivated and already such a fun part of The Collective Hair Spa family.
