Meet Bailey — Our First-Year Apprentice & Resident Sweetheart 

If you’ve ever taught yourself something by binge-watching YouTube tutorials, you’re already Bailey-coded. She started her hair journey by cutting and colouring her own hair at home (yes… she was that brave ), and now she’s turning that passion into the real deal on the salon floor.

Bailey is all about creating moments — whether that’s making the basin the most relaxing part of your day or giving you a blow-dry that feels like a fun little life-update session. She loves books, movies, and hearing all your wild recommendations, hot takes and plot-twist rants

The best part? Bailey can match any vibe.

Quiet, chatty, needing to vent, or wanting to switch off — she reads the room and meets you exactly where you’re at. 

Her philosophy? Everyone deserves gorgeous hair and a damn good time in the salon.
