As Co-Founder and Creative Director of The Collective Hair Spa, Alexi has built his career on equal parts skill, creativity and brutal honesty. He’s not interested in chasing trends that don’t suit you or promising results that aren’t realistic. His goal is simple: create hair that works for you, your lifestyle and the version of yourself you want to show the world.

With years of experience in boutique salons and education from some of the industry’s leading names, Alexi specialises in blondes, balayage, vivid colours, curls and barbering. Whether you’re after a soft lived-in look or something bold enough to turn heads from across the street, he’s got the skills to make it happen.

Clients love Alexi because what you see is what you get. No judgement. No salon ego. No awkward small talk if you’re not feeling it. Just genuine conversations, plenty of laughs and someone who genuinely wants you to leave feeling your absolute best.

He’s also fiercely passionate about creating safe spaces within the industry, particularly for neurodivergent clients and those who’ve never quite felt comfortable in traditional salon environments. The Collective was built on the idea that everyone deserves to feel welcome, respected and celebrated exactly as they are.

Outside the salon you’ll find him writing poetry, performing spoken word, hanging out with his dogs or finding yet another creative project to throw himself into. Sitting still has never really been his thing.

Creative, unapologetically authentic and occasionally a little chaotic, Alexi has a talent for helping people see the best version of themselves. And if he thinks your hair idea is terrible? Don’t worry. He’ll tell you. Then he’ll give you a better one.
